Worth knowing
- 2013: owner complaints spike (590, mostly the steering).
- The cabin feels snug for its size, and the V6 water pump is a costly failure point.
The trim we'd park in our garage
Look for the SEL: it adds dual-zone automatic climate, SYNC and alloys over the SE, while the Limited adds leather and heated and cooled front seats.
On the test drive
Ask whether the water pump has been replaced on the 3.5 V6, since its failure can ruin the engine. Get a pre-purchase inspection and a vehicle history report before you buy.
Safety tech
- Automatic emergency braking: not offered in this generation.
- Adaptive cruise control: optional from 2010, never standard in this generation.
- Blind-spot monitoring: not standard in this generation, so check the listing.
